Toybox Red Alert Programme: Toybox is a Christian charity committed to helping street living and street working children and those at risk of becoming so, principally in Latin America.
This project rescues street children who have been orphaned by civil war, abandoned by parents too poor to cope, runaways who fall prey to violence disease, exploitation and rejected by society. We support two children, one who lives in Guatemala and the other Bolivia.
Their mission is to bring lasting and positive change to the lives of street children, street working children and those at risk of becoming so, through front line work, prevention and advocacy, being a facilitator and enabler, galvanising people and resources in the UK, Latin America and worldwide.
Caring Hands: This is a project to care for the homeless and needy people on the streets of Medway. It is run as an outreach project by Kings Family Church, Chatham. One member of our Church actively assists in the outreach every week.
Peninsular Youth For Christ: We have now become involved with Peninsular Youth For Christ, a new and exciting branch of the Youth For Christ organisation. Gemma (from PYFC) has visited our church once this year and continues to bring God’s love and guidance to our local youngsters.

St. Mary’s Island Church Forum:
Calling all St. May’s Island church members, please join our forum. A private email forum by St. Mary’s for St. Mary’s. A new way to communicate with each other. You can send prayer requests etc….
We perceive this discussion list to be a place where people can share anything of relevance to the life of St Marys… whether that be information as to forth coming events, or prayer requests, theological comment, cutting sociological analysis, or simply a tasteful joke!! We see it simply as an additional forum for communication, and therefore (hopefully) another way of building up the fellowship of believers. We do not want it to be a place where people gossip about each other…
