Children of God

Children of God (CoG) is our young peoples church that meets on Sunday mornings during the normal worship time at St Mary’s Island Church.

The aim of CoG is the same as that of Kids 4Christ – to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with our young people in a way that they can understand and enjoy. Young people at CoG have a chance to consider and discuss issues that are important to them, using the bible as a source of reference and inspiration to help us live our lives according to God’s will.

CoG starts in the main church meeting where we join with our church family to praise and worship. We then leave and go to our own dedicated worship space, returning to share our discussions with our church family just before the final song.

We stay together with our church family during all age and family worship and on special occasions such as baptisms.

Our children and youth teams are all CRB checked.
