One Life to Live
Posted on December 10th, 2011 1 commentOn Sunday the 4th December Our Choir sang for the very first time ever live One Life to Live.
It was fantastic so I thought I would share it with you all by putting up on our website… Enjoy
It is You Tube quality as the normal file size was to big to upload
If anyone wants the full resolution version let me have a blank cd and I will copy it for you.

The Church runs an Alpha Course in The Autumn
Posted on September 25th, 2011 No commentsSt. Mary’s Island Church would like to let you know about the ALPHA Course is normally held in The Ship and Trades Pub. Dean and his staff at the SHIP and TRADES Pub warmly welcome us. Dean reserves an area in the first floor restaurant for our use.
Many of us call ourselves Christians and some say they are not. Either way, do we really understand what it is all about? The DVD presentation will include topics like Who is Jesus? Why did he die such an awful death? What has his death 2000 years ago got to do with me now? Alpha evenings are relaxed social occasions starting with a meal together and allow time for group discussion. There is no charge to take part in a Alpha Course but there is the cost of the meal and any drinks you may wish to buy.

Our Sunday Services
Posted on January 28th, 2011 No commentsOur regular Sunday morning services start at 11:00am in the St. Mary’s Island School Hall. Tea and coffee is always
available after the service to give you time to chat and get to know other members of the church family. As part of the service on the second Sunday of every month up to Easter we celebrate Communion together then after Easter we will celebrate Communion on the first Sunday of the month. On the fourth Sunday morning of each month we have a FAMILY SERVICE, which as its name suggests, is for every one – families being made up of people of all ages.ChRiS (G)
